“This Valentine’s Day will be different!” can be a woefully optimistic thought. Just ask sad hop lad. Thankfully, for those that find themselves rolling solo (again) on Feb. 14th, there’ll be a new beer to keep you collective company. Welcome to the Lonely Hops Club. Lonely Hops Club combines the sweet and sultry spice of caramel and rye malts with the juicy pineapple-and-citrus aromatics of Sultana™ hops – best enjoyed in the company of others who also couldn’t find dates.
Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Deep Amber
Aroma: Pineapple, Pine, Grapefruit, Rye Spice
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied and silky
Taste: Resin, Nutty malt, caramel, citrus zest
Finish: Bread crust and a touch of bitterness
