Blueberry Cheesecake Sour

On tap at brewery into tulip glass. Pours hazy ruby red/pink/purple color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy light pink head with great retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas and flavors of big juicy blueberry, fruit skin, cream cheese, lemon, green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, lacto funk, wheat, bread. Stronger cream cheese in aromas. Moderate tart/sour and tangy cream cheese finish. Medium high carbonation. Light to med body. Lactic acid and creamy/grainy wheat mouthfeel. Drying acids with no puckering. Fairly crisp/refreshing finish. Unique but well made. Nothing overwhelming. Very nice kettle sour.
