Hazy white-gold color. Modest head but it leaves several rings of lace.
Mild lighter malt smell. I get small whiff of soured milk. No notable hop.
Crisp, clean start. Light wheat background with a touch of tartness. Neutral body with a high carbonation. The flavors so clean that the aftertaste is very short with only a modicum of hop bitterness. Relatively dry without any astringency.
