This beer was put into an oak bourbon barrel two years and fermented with traces of our house yeast as well as Bastogne and Belgian Golden Yeast. Brettanomyces was introduced as well. Fermented and aged in the same barrel, this beer also had brewery employees added to secondary.

Brown in color with some crimson when light interferes. Creamy half inch tan head wants to stick around.
Light smokey hints, bit of chocolate and roast malts. Unfortunately I can never smell Shit out of a pint glass.
Light oak not sure if this isn't just from oak chips but for a beer like munich dark I was expecting much more character and complexity from the barrel aging. Milk chocolate, toffee, vanilla, and earth. Somewhat dissapointing but it is harpoon.
