Had this beer at the Bacon and Beer Festival in Boston. Served on tap, cool in a small tasting glass.
A-Cloudy light brown body with a thin white head
S-Cereal, meaty, faint smoke
T-slight candy, faintest of smoke and meaty. Tastes like pork
M-medium to light and slick
D-Okay. Kind of a weird sensation to taste meat in ones beer. I might have it again though. I wished for more smoke though.
