Cloudy and dark (dirty gold to light amber). Minor head. Only 3 minor spots left on the glass.
Banana and wheat aroma. Light on the clove.
There’s an unusual cinnamon background to the expected malted wheat taste. In fact the cinnamon lingers longest through the finish and aftertaste. There’s some hop bitterness at the end. The combination could make this a subtle Christmas ale.
