Served at the Harpoon Brewery

Golden color and clear. Modest starting head that settles to rim bubbles. Some lace initially.

Mild smell of freshly tilled soil and freshly mown grass.

Very dry, almost astringent. Strong flavorless bitterness in the swallow and aftertaste. Full bodied with ample carbonation.
