On tap at the Surfrider Cafe in Santa Cruz. I know what I'm getting into with sahti but this was a little off the rails. Big banana and bubblegum sweetness with a lemon tartness midpalate and some grassy, leafy notes that aren't specifically juniper-like. Gummy and unwieldy body, flabby on the tongue.
