Served a slightly hazy orange/brown. Thin head of off white bubbles. Aroma is light. Hints of lemongrass at first, then sweet caramel. All sweet caramel as it warms.
Taste follows suit. Very light and refreshing at first. As it warms, the sweetness and caramel flavor stands out more. Finishes with a typical Saaz spiciness.
Not a lot of character from the yeast. A nice base, but needs a higher fermentation temperature to bring out the yeast. Dont drink it as a Saison, and you will enjoy it.
