Hazy orange-yellow with short-lasting big-bubbled "force carbonated" head. Head diminsished to nothing very quickly.
Witbier-like aroma: citric with coriander and biiter orange notes.
Sweet, witbier-like flavor with citric, coriander and bitter orange notes just like aroma. Clove and and banana notes present in background giving it some hefeweizen character.
Medium body. Somewhat lifeless due to low carbonation.
Not a terrible beer but much more like a witbier than a saison.
