On tap at Joe's. As you could probably imagine, lots of jokes coming from the name of this beer. Yes, my dix is especially bitter, I haven't eaten pineapple in a while. I love how Dix tastes in my mouth. For a special bitter, my Dix has a creamy mouthfeel. They go on and on and on...
A - Pours light golden, cloudy, with a 2 fingered head. Dissipates slow.
S - Notes of floral, with light bitterness.
T - Floral, caramel, bready, and light bitterness.
M - Excellent. Creamy, full mouthfeel.
D - Very impressed by this beer. Very enjoyable and sessionable. Not everyone will like this beer, but for the style, A-1.
