Nothing special

A lasting foamy and dense head on a nice hazy pale orange color body. This is a plum beer, and the smell shows a nice and sweet plum aroma, but it is also very floral. The taste is very fruity, with plum, obviously, but also flowers. Very sweet and candly-like, with a fruity hoppiness. It has more the taste of a plum pie than of raw plum. The mouthfeel is deep and round, the carbonation very enjoyable and smooth, and the chewiness reminds me of the peel of a plum. A good fruit beer.
