With all of these odd ones, you figure they are experiments. But no, they are here to stay. A bit of ginsing in the aroma, some lace all the way down the glass. There is some taste here, and I do not know how it got here, tea infusion? Lighter than average mouthfeel. A so-so lager with some taste.

This held so much promise....
Nice golden amber appearance with a snow white head. Definite ginger smell with a hint of ginseng. Malt presence with a bit of hop bittering.
I like ginger. With ginseng, I have no real opinion. But this doesn't really taste like one or the other...sorry, it does taste like fresh ginger...so fresh the dirt wasn't washed off of it. My wife and I both agree the dominant flavour in this is dirt.
Decent mouthfeel, but the very earthy flavour made this hard to drink...in fact, we split a 4 oz sample and still dumped it.

This is a strange beer that has one of those noses that is hard to describe but not unpleasant. The use of ginger is very much to the forefront to the point where you either love it or hate it. I see this beer going well with Thai food. There is a ginger ale finish that is a bit weird but again, not unpleasant. All in all a must try beer which is a true original.
