On tap at the brewpub. Active carbonation, appealing to the matcha tea trend. White head on yellow. Medium mouthfeel.Grass, green tea powder, a lager by any other name with all this wierdness. Really nothing special, advice you spend more time at Spinnaker's.

I am a huge fan of gunpowder green tea, and let me tell you, this is a great lager, but I'm just not picking up any gunpowder tea in this....
Nice lager appearance, but a bit pale. Straw colour, white head. Very pleasant, unlager like smell. Slightly sweet, decent malts...this smell is perhaps the best indicator of the presence of tea.
Taste is not unpleasant, but I really can't taste any gunpowder tea. Rather, I am presented with a dry, palate cleansing flavour. There is a slight sweet hint, and traces of grassiness.
Decent mouthfeel, and not unpleasant to drink. It does present itself as a good palate cleanser and maybe suited between other beers or courses of a meal.
