Pours a clear purplish wine color with plenty of foam in the Stella Artois goblet. Aroma is light and fruity with berries in the nose. The taste is boysenberry but not sweet, and there is some modest bitterness in the aftertaste. Some seeds berry taste for a touch of astringency, but not unpleasant. This is a very tasty fruited beer, with better fruit flavor than average. Drinkability is enhanced by the dry finish, though without a hint of sourness.
