Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the chalice. Inviting but mysterious aroma. I guess you could look up what tastes you might use in a Thai beer, but it's quite pleasant without being overly flavored up. Some notes of what might be basil, and a spicy tang with a little heat. Even some rice and something lemony like lemongrass. Rather sweet for some reason. Rather bitter aftertaste, though. Overall this is quite drinkable, and it's different enough to be interesting. From the 12 oz can purchased at the brewery restaurant. Dated APR 30 2024.
