L: Pours a copper color with nice head that eventually completely dissipates.
S: Faint tart fruit aroma.
T: Immediately noticeably sour, but not overly so. Real strawberry, grass, delicate malt finish, salt. Almost has a jolly rancher thing going on, like a sour candy, but not overly sweet and with rock minerals and salt to balance things out.
F: Medium body, modestly dry.
O: Unusual combination of flavors keeps the drinking experience interesting. Quite nice, but one at a time is enough for me.

Rotating series selection.
Pours with an auburn hue. Light aroma with subtle strawberry note on it. The flavor is delicately tart, with more strawberry and some salinity. It’s fantastic.
