Released on June 1, 2015. Combining the flavors of white wine grapes and Belgian yeast, TramoNaY is local NY. Brewed with locally sourced pale malts, hops and grapes, we ferment this beer with Belgian yeast for a wine-like fruitiness.

Aroma is pepto-laden, with notes of clove and a hint of apple.
Flavor reveals the grape juice tartness upfront, which fades to a lightly sweet, spicy backbone, finishing fairly dry and lightly peppery.

Enjoyed from the 12 oz bottle in a snifter. This interesting brew with 7.8 percent alcohol and 28 IBUS pours a brilliantly clear golden color with a slight head of white foam that quickly dissipates leaving no ring, layer, or lacing. Nose of caramel malts, grapes, and a touch of spicy yeast. Flavors follow and surpass the nose with sweet candy malts mingling with lightly tart grapes and a spicy yeast note on the back that mingles nicely with a hint of mint an spicy hops. Alcohol is barely detectable and very well hidden. Very interesting. Smooth mouth feel finishes lightly dry with a crisp apple snap to it. Very unique and a nice leap forward for Saranac.
