Pours a half finger of head on a hazy dark straw body.
The aroma is fresh jalapenos. That's all.
The taste is moderate heat and grains.
The texture is crisp.
It's all jalapenos but not too hot.

Pours a murky dark reddish-orange with a foamy tan head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, jalapeno, and jalapeno juice aromas. Taste is much the same with malt, earth, jalapeno, and slight metallic flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of chile heat on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer that is drinkable, but fairly mild and dirty tasting for a chile beer.

I love heat and spicy peppers, so this beer was an awesome find. It is hard to rate the mouth feel because of the heat had an effect on how it felt in the mouth as a beer, but I loved the heat it gave off. I picked up on a road trip thru mt Shasta, and really wish I could find more of it in my area.

Writing this as I drink. Well it's not the most appetizing looking beer on Earth. I poured vigorously from the bottle but only got a thin scum of a head. The beer itself appears a hazy dull orange. The smell is definitely very spicy, almost to the point of inducing me to cough, but also slightly moldy and off putting. How to put it... It's almost like smelling an old spice jar that once contained chilli powder. The essence of the spice remains and but is no longer fresh. That's kind of what this smells like. The lack of freshness also comes out in the taste, but it is not as off putting, at least not at first. The heat of the jalapenos is pretty intense. Definitely getting a nice tingling burn around the lips and down the throat. Would that qualify as mouthfeel? Going to mark it down as such anyway. Kind of invigorating actually. Endorphins are on the rise! I am almost feeling a bit lightheaded. The lingering moldiness is making a come back in the after taste as I near the bottom of the glass. Not the best pepper/chile beer I've tried, but definitely one of the most intense.

Bomber with standard pressure-cap served in a shaker pint glass in high elevation Libby, Mont. Reviewed live. No best-by date.
A- Ridiculous head. Six-finger thick with rapidly eroding head. It's gone in less than a minute. I did not expect that. Light golden-colored body with high clarity and heavy carbonation.
S- Jalapenos. That's pretty much it. Smells more like nachos than beer.
T- Jalapenos. Spicy, sweet and hard to drink. Not because it tastes bad, but because it is so spicy.
M- Light bodied. Not much more to say.
O- This is a fireball in a glass. I may not be giving it its fair shake. That being said, it's difficult to drink and spicy. Unless you are a chili fiend, avoid this beer.
