Formerly Weed Brewing. "A friend in Weed is a friend indeed." Love it. They do serve food, looked good, but I did not partake. Had a decent American Red Ale as well as an IPA. Nothing really stood out but was decent.

I hadn't been here in years, but the other day I had a chance to stop in for a quick beer.
Vibe was pretty mellow, old and funky, but in a good way. We were there in the early afternoon, and only a couple of other people were inside.
Quality is pretty good overall. They tend to hit and miss a lot here, and consistency can be an issue. But the Bock I tried on this visit was tasty enough.
Service was fine. Server was quiet, but she smiled, and did her best pouring my beer from the tap that wanted to spit out nothing but form.
Selection is good. I think they had around a dozen on tap, with pretty good variety.
Didn't try the food.
Overall, not a destination really. But it's very convenient to I5, so if you are cruising by and have time, stop in for a visit.

I know I've reviewed this place before, but we've all had to re-review lots of stuff since the site integration of 2012 - ???.
The brewery is located in the middle of town, easily noticeable from the main drag. Its got a typical backwoods Northern California vibe. Part hippie, stoner and California redneck. Lots of wood all over. Upstairs is like the convention center room (I went to a wedding reception here) which is nice, some balcony area.
The bar area has a wood floor I believe, cool decor all over the place. Wide open. Got to have at least one unique, brewery only beer, their bourbon barrel stout. Not great, but a varied selection counts.
Thought their ipa would be hoppier at the source. The owner is awesome. Talking to him about ADA stuff, how much it costs to bring in an elevator certificate due etc. . .
Decent beer, nothing worth making a special trip for, but if you're in the area, worth a stop in.
I'm rating the food. It was what I had at the reception, I dunno if it was made here or not.
