A- Sort of a pinkish gold with thin white ring.
S- Smells like burnt cream of wheat with some nice soft apple cranberry juice.
T- Quite sweet whcih was unexpected. Much nicer than the smell. Less apple than cranberry, not much fruit character actually but it is fruity. Some caramel at the start but it all leaves place to the juice taste in the finish. Bitterness just rounds it off, not really adding tothe flavor.
M- Medium carbonation, medium body. Dry for how sweet it is. Very good body for a fruit beer, not too watery like most of them but still crisp and refreshing.
O- Good. Better than I thought. A good fruit beer, always nice to find another one here in Quebec. Ressembles cider.

Bottle: Poured a soft pink color ale with a very small white bubbly head with practically no retention. Aroma of apple juice with subtle hint of cranberry. Taste is also dominated by the apple and cranberry, which seems not to be originating from extract, which Im grateful for. Body is above average for the style and presence of hops seems very low. Overall, a nice experiment that I wouldnt mind trying again.

Strange beer, pours a hazy orange/amber with a small head and minimal lacing. Honestly this beer smells exactly like the apple juice you get in cans, I don't think I could pick anything else out of it. The taste was very sweet, with a tangy sour apple flavour, also quite sugary and cidery. Mouthfeel was surprisingly smooth and refreshing, this beer might go well with hot summer weather. Thanks Radek.

A surprisingly refreshing beverage, though fair beer. Yeast and significantly fruity aroma. Lace, aggressive carbonation and sugar dump. Dry finish. Syrupy, more cranberry than apple. Thin-medium mouthfeel. An experiment perhaps done on a government grant to bottle. Radek you joker.
