Fin Du Monde is the best one I've tried from them, and one of my favorite tripels. I thought Don De Dieu was a bit of a letdown, especially as a "triple wheat." Terrible I thought was...decent. The Ephemere I always see on sale at places but never buy. Hmmm...

Just saw they are releasing a new variety pack in Canada. Hope that comes down this way.

This. The Trader Joe's Vintage beers, if they are available to you, are not too bad for the price. However, I seem prefer the lighter fares from this brewery.

    Don de Dieu
    La Fin Du Monde
    Maudite
    Trois Pistoles
    La Terrible

All, in my opinion, are amazing.

La Terrible and Unibroue 17 Grande Reserve are both must-tries IMO, especially if you were a fan of Maudite or Trois Pistoles.

Most of them. They are a huge part of what got us into craft initially.

I found Le Terrible to be much too sweet for my taste, almost cloying.

Loved Trois Pistoles, thought Don de Deiu and Le Fin du Monde were both excellent. Haven't tried Maudite or Grand Reserve 17, yet. TJ's Vintage is quite good and possibly worth cellaring.

You hit the best ones there aside from Terrible and 17GR. Seek those two out and you will be good.

Give Raftman a try if you see it.

La Fin Du Monde is one of the beers that got me hooked into craft.
I've had all of their offerings that hit the States except for Ephemere (fruit beers just aren't my thing) and they are all pretty damn tasty.

    Try Raftman and
Quatre-Centième if you get the chance.

I was at Discount Liquor in Wisconsin last week and they had both La Terrible and 17 Grande Reserve. Picked up a six pack variety box of their best sellers, now I wish I had picked up the other two as well. Haven't seen them around Grand Rapids yet :/.

I've been a fan of their stuff for about 15yrs. I'd definitely say:

    Unibroue 17 Grande Reserve
    La Fin Du Monde
    La Maudite

Don De Dieu is very nice, but not great.

And I would definitely recommend Raftman, if it was more availabe I could make it a daily drinker.

I have yet to try it, but I'd imagine Blonde de Chambly is pretty solid.

Definitely look for Raftman. Had it on tap last week and thought it was a really solid take on a Belgian pale ale. Very refreshing and drinkable. With that said, La Terrible is worth seeking out though it's not my favorite of theirs. Can't go wrong with Maudite, La Fin du Monde, or Trois Pistoles.

If only there were someone on here with access to most of these. Oh wait..... :grinning:

All of them are very solid (though I wasn't big on the Ephemere with Apple). Fin du Monde, Trois Pistoles, are the best of the regular releases, while 17 and Terrible are my favourites of the "seasonals".
