I haven't had a beer that has the same name, however I've had beer from a brewery with the same last name. (Kane brewing company) from Ocean, New Jersey.

 

My last name is Wolf, so DirtWolf comes to mind. Or as my girlfriend says, "DirtyWolf"...

I drank Mad Anthony's Ale my freshman year of college, we would buy the samplers from Sherry's Distributing in Meadville, PA. Erie Brewing sampler with Presque Isle Pilsner, Railbender Ale, and Mad Anthony's we lived on that one. I've never had anything from Mad Anthony's Brewing in Fort Wayne, IN.

We also would drive out to Titusville and drink at Four Sons Brewery which later became Blue Canoe, but they still make Dead Tony's Tripel I believe.
