Looks like an interesting issue! I just subscribed to BA on July 25th. Should I expect to receive this one or will I have to wait for the September issue?

Yes! So glad to see Kane on the cover. Such a world class brewery, that deserves more respect

Finally had the chance to play catch up on my stack of magazines. I really enjoyed the "Drought vs. Draft" article. I've been wondering what CA breweries are doing to combat the drought and connotations of water use. Nice work. I'd be interested in learning if this is a trend happening around the country.

I wish the beer and cooking articles (Sean P's stuff) offered recipes that were a bit more approachable for the everyday cook (and beginner cooks as well)

Really wonder how many readers tried to whip up any of the various croquets (sp) that have been written about in the past few issues... I know I took a look and pretty quickly knew I would never give them a try and I'm a pretty adventurous home cook .....

Thanks for the feedback. We do strive to publish recipes and types of cuisine that you wouldn't find in other magazines, but I appreciate your point of view. Check out issue #100 for a few dishes that beginner cooks might find easier to tackle.
