Tabasco barrel Gose

Projecting the opinion many on this site have of another best selling product X in the world to Tabasco, "lousy" seems kind.

 

Tabasco sounds iffy to me but fwiw a local brewery did a ghost pepper Gose and it was pretty good.

 

Like them both!

 

We all like what we like but.. Woof. This one would be a hard pass.

I know it's not a gose, but I'm curious, have you ever had the abomination that is BliS Blast All Day IPA?

 

Terrible idea, I couldn't see the vinegar working. I would buy a pepper gose, whether it be a jalapeño, habenaro, or ghost pepper.

 

Texas Pete. Buck a bottle. Don't need a firehose. Love it on popcorn. Chase it with a Jai Alai.

This is exactly why so many people consider "craft beer" a joke. Some beers are just better left unbrewed.

 

Until today, I didn't realize Tabasco sauce came in barrels. The more you know...

 

Aged in used Jack Daniels barrels for as long as 3 years. The salt used in the sauce and spread on the top of the barrels (to seal them off from air) all comes from a mine on Avery Island.

 

But where are the medusa tears harvested?
