Worst beer name or artwork

Was scrolling through waiting to see if someone would mention them. Sub par beer and the labels are just a joke, imo.

 

here in San Diego we have Hillcrest brewing, with such offerings as: banana hammock, hoppy endings, long and stout, crotch rocket, and perle necklace.

Hillcrest in basically what the castro is to SF. its the momosexual mecca of san diego, so, ya know. haha.

 

This one is pretty bad. Also the bottle is covered with white was which the BA picture doesn't show. How this got label approval I will never truley understand.

Local brewery, *insert deity of choice here* bless their little hearts, they do try!

But from label art, to beer names, to company name to their actual beer, it's just all GAH!

 

Stop taking beer so seriously. We work with a living thing whose poop and vomit by way of partying gives us this wonderful nectar and we work with bungs, placing things in holes, laying pipe and placing hose and sweating while working in manways and a lot of other strangely named or offensively appropriate things and devices throughout a wide variety of temperatures and chemically suspect, or dangerous settings. Trust us. You will be offended. It will happen. Enjoy the ride.

RJ Rocker's Son Of A Peach is one of the dumbest-looking labels I've ever seen. Never tried the beer however.

Whoa. Do you do the new labels or the old labels or both?

 

Every single word on that brewery's products is obnoxious. "Don't float the mainstream," and "It's 4:20 somewhere" come to mind. Their beer isn't all that good either.

 

Flying Dog Pearl Necklace is pretty bad as far as names go.

 

Been to the bar that inspired this beer, but didn't try it. Not too impressed with what I had of theirs while I was in Ft. Worth.

 

Donkey Punch. They're a brewery in Redlands. They recently changed their name to The Wild Donkey, which is no longer sexual, but very stupid. Their beer is not good to boot.

 

Pumpclip parade is good for this sort of pish. There are a lot of pathetic beer names and artwork by certain breweries in the UK
