Moving to Washington

    I am Moving to Washington. if anyone would be so kind as to let me in on their personal favorite breweries and beer spots within Washington. I am into strong flavors barrel aged/sours/DoubleIPAs also any groups of people who like to do frequent shares let me know, I get a lot of east coast brews.

    First, download the Washington Beer App onto your phone. I travel a lot for work and stumble onto things that I never would have consciously sought out by referring to this handy tool.

    I am sure there are more folks that are better versed on the 253 but when I am in the area I like Engine House 9 (E9). Also, Pint Defiance in University Place is a good bottle shop/growler fill spot which pours onsite at well.

    And, really, just go explore. Some beers get a lot of buzz around here but there is quality stuff everywhere.

    E9 is good, The Red Hot is a good beer bar as well. In addition to Pint Defiance, the Copper Door is a bottle shop with beers on tap off of Stadium Way.
