    At my Mom"s funeral we drank Veuve Cliquot, and a host of great beers from friends through the years. It was as much fun as one might have at a really crappy time. Lots of real conversation, food, and friends. Living to 90 does that for you.

    I only tried it once, opting to sip on a snifter of aged Old Stock in the bath. It felt right.

    This reminds me I should do the "beer and bath" thing more often. Totally agree with the original poster. Very relaxing and a nice change of pace from my usual JRPG-playing/guitar playing/metal listening drinking activities.

    Last time I took a bubble bath I was maybe 5 years old . Nothing against them just not my thing.

    I always have suds in the tub. I wish I could get a dub, so I can have some bud along with my suds in the tub. Then I'll take a pic and send it to all my buds.

    Any witbier or DIPA will do.

    If I'm taking a bubble bath it's with my wife and it's usually red wine probably a Zin, and Stevie Ray Vaughn.

    I haven't had a bubble bath since I was like... maybe 7 or 8 years old? I honestly don't remember. Pretty much the only time I take a bath rather than a shower anymore is when I'm sick, and I don't get all that sick very often.

    The thought of having a beer in a bath makes more sense to me than having a beer in the shower, though. I mean, I've heard people mention having a glass of wine in a bath before, so just pour something into one of those fancy stemmed beer glasses and there you go. Plus there's no water raining down from overhead threatening to get in your beer.

    A tub full of Strohs with a belly full of brats, beans, Everclear, candles on the side, my favorite Burt Bacharach best of CD slamming out of the stereo, all while swilling samples of my vintage collection of Canillon Apserute Odorante from Dixie Cups...

    Makes for a perfect sensory (and sensual) experience...
