Drove up to STL yesterday with the lady. Doing a five person share today with my proxy including BBT2/3/Rye, TWCP Derivation, DB Anabasis and some SP sours mixed in. Starting 2021 on a high note!

5 big beers for a 5 person share? I don’t think I could drink 750 of those stouts but that’s a hell of a selection.
    Good luck!

Still debating about doing a vertical vs trying them all separately. Certainly understand the appeal of being able to compare side by side but there's also something to be said about having each be the sole star of the show across multiple sittings.

DM, which has been bottled for 3.5 months at this point and is already labeled and ready to go.

Or possible public Oude Ferm release.

Derivation Medianoche - BA coconut / vanilla stout, blue wax

Other stuff that’s been teased relatively recently - DB Maple in the Wood, that 375ml bottle labeled as just Fermier

also think they’ve mentioned bottling / pulling the following from oak- SdF Pinot Noir, Oude du Ble, Provence Blackberry Chamomile. Quetsche de Fermier b3 is bottled

I should start saving up more money for 2021 beers...

Having just had the opportunity last year to finally try Side Project, my perception about how saisons, wild ales, and stouts should taste like have been forever transformed. I am stoked to see what they have planned for 2021! Cheers!

I made the mistake of mocking BdP when they were seemingly bundling it by the case with every package.

Now I miss it so much. I could easily drink a couple bottles of it if not careful. The next batch can't come soon enough.

so many did with the bundles but they are so good. i get a lemon taste with the BdP which makes it taste so fresh to me. i understand the bundles...no foot traffic coming in so gotta move them
