    G'day all!

Gawd, it's pretty dark out for 8am. We are supposed to get some snow today and I can almost feel it in the air.

I'm drinking my other can of Sloop Premium Lager. The finest hops, the finest barley, for the finest Lager. Yep.

    Prost!

I missed the target month for this cellar pull, of sorts. Though in my defense, February is a smaller target month than others.

My last BCBS of any sort.

Cross post with New Beer Sunday #996, the second of two Maine beers this weekend, with an Orval sandwiched in between.

    Maine Little Whaleboat.

Full review linked here. WBAYDN summary reads as follows: This is a solid IPA, traditional pine/grapeftuit/citrus flavor profile, nicely dank, dry and bitter, brewed for me.

Plan on catching up on the lost week here between being out and about and exhausted from Tuesday. Caught your Iowa post @champ103 . Just catching the phenom at this stage and wondering which least recent NBA Championship team (living players playing at their current age) would defeat Iowa's Women's Team. Thinking a team between the mid 1980s and the 1990s. 1991 Bulls is my first inclination after pondering a bit. Respect for all teams involved.

Drinking this great oak casked beer.

Like they say, it is not for everyone. It is not fruit infused -although U really taste cherries there, maybe they lie a bit-, the grand cru one at least, but very Oaky with fruity tanginess. Very nice balance in between sweet- sour and bitter.

Home of the beer is West Vlaanderen, Roeselaere. Not far ftom that, professional cyclists are competing in a spring classic race.
Now, It seems a Dutch or a Danish guy will win.
    Come on MvdP! Fingers crossed.

Light golden color with lasting white cap.

A rather gentle aroma mildly suggestive of ripe peach.

Taste of sweet grain on entry, rather light, closely followed by floral hops. The combined effect of the two give off an airy, almost Springtime feel to this uncomplicated beer.

Overall it's an easy drinking beer for occasions that call for something in that category.

Hello BAs! Thanks @RaulMondesi for 4173 and the little pom pom of beer foam. It's snowing steadily here now so I'm staying in the hut and I ain't goin' anywhere. This is easily one of my favorite German Breweries: Ayinger Maibock. Simply yet another stellar beer from them. It's hopped to perfection. A great day for a Bock! Cheers!

Sadly the Danish guy was stronger. Continuing with a stronger Belgian sour beer.

Always feel bad, I lack the self control to let Geuze mature on the bottle mature for 19 years. (10-07-20431)
