And on Monday, Feb 8th at 7pm, a beer dinner with Charleston based James Beard award winning chef Mike Lata. The menu:

First Course
-Phat Lady Oysters, Meyer Lemon Mignonette + Fresno Chile Hot Sauce
-Chicken Liver Pate, Pickles, Beer Mustard + Charred Bread
-House cured Linguica sausage and Guanciale
-Island Creek Oysters, Piri-Piri Dressing

Second Course
-Braised Carolina Gag Grouper, Capers Inlet Clam w/ Saison Nage, Mustard Greens
