Alpine To CT?

    Connecticut Craft Beer News posted on Facebook that Alpine applied for CT liquor labels for 7 beers including Hoppy Birthday, Nelson, and Duet (now that they have been acquired by Green Flash, it seems they are ramping up production and possibly distribution). They had a link that seemed to confirm it with active liquor brand labels (much like when the rumors of Sip of Sunshine hit). I know Troegs, Left Hand, and The Bruery are coming into the state. Has anyone heard about Alpine hitting here? Love them when I get them in CA, so would be a coup if this is true.

    Craft Beer Guild picked up Alpine. It will be draft only beginning late February/early march.

    Thanks for the update. Alpine is killer--love their stuff and seeing Hoppy Birthday and Nelson possibly coming in...wow!!!

    I'll still contemplate driving down for some Alpine goodness, but that exchange is horrible. One reason I maintain that position is just because some guy typed it doesn't mean it is true..

    unreal.....
    twilight zone type of shit.......if I didn't see this I would think that it was being over blown but this is 1 of the worst customer service responses I've ever seen it's almost a class on how to not on if I didn't see this I would think that it was being over blown but this is 1 of the worst customer service responses I've ever seen it's almost a class on how to not get more business

    I will not buy this brand. Nelson is a joke. Its a plant not something you can take ownership off! What I don't like is I heard about this after I paid for two of their beers. One of which was on at a bar in NYC for over a month, stout I think.

    Have not seen nor heard of any Alpine products in CT yet. Nor the Bruery, mentioned elsewhere in this thread, for that matter. After a flurry of activity earlier in the year with breweries expanding into the state it's been slow going the past couple of months.

    Alpine was on tap back in March at Eli's. They had Nelson, Hoppy Birthday, Duet, Pure Hoppiness and 3 others.

    As far as I know Bruery is supposed to come in to the state but has not arrived yet, Alpine was on tap but havn't heard about it in awhile

    I had Duet on tap at Craft 260 back in February and it was extremely good...oh well...
