-> Poll #34 <- determined that the water profile would be 70 ppm Ca, 87 ppm Cl, and 49 ppm SO4.

This poll, the final poll unless there is a groundswell of support to poll something that hasn't been polled already, will determine the recommended Carbonation level.

When this poll is done, I will discard any outliers, compute the weighted average (mean) of the remaining votes, and round to the nearest 1/10th of a volume.

This poll will be open for 48 hours.

If you have issues with or suggestions for methodologies used in this project, please send them via private message. Let's keep the threads themselves on topic to the question at hand and not about how you would have asked the question differently. Votes from anyone trolling the thread are null and void.

Looking at the grain bill, IMO there's no sensible Extract + Partial Mash recipe that would do it justice, without making the partial mash very large, due to GP's low enzymes. (Substitute basic 2-row and miss the intent of the recipe?...ugh.) If anyone has a burning desire for a partial mash version, speak up, otherwise I'm just going to post the all grain version.

Thanks to Vikeman for leading us BAs through another recipe building process! Based on my experience brewing ABAs, I think this looks to be a solid recipe. I'll be interested to hear feedback after some of us give it a try. Cheers!

Yep, totally agree on this. The discussion's been interesting from start to finish and I feel like I've learned a lot from it, so thanks to everyone who's contributed and particular thanks to Vikeman for organizing it!
