-> Poll #12 <- determined that Belgian Aromatic Malt (~19L) will continue on to the fermentables combo poll, to compete with/against Dark Munich (~9L) and the inseparable combination of Special B/Caramunich/D-90 Syrup.

This poll will determine exactly which of the above fermentables join Belgian Pilsner Malt to make up the final bill.

The choices are unique. Straight plurality wins this one. If your first choice is doing badly, consider jumping to your second choice if you find it more palatable than the current leader.

I recommend you think about this in terms of not only your personal preferences, but also in the context of the ABV and Final Gravity (and thus the attenuation) already selected, and malt already selected, as well as any possible yeast strain selection that might be knocking about within your grey matter.

For those looking ahead, the next poll will determine yeast strain, before returning to fermentables to determine the ratios therein.

This poll will be open for 48 hours.

If you have issues with or suggestions for methodologies used in this project, please send them via beermail. Let's keep the threads themselves on topic to the question at hand and not about how you would have asked the question differently.

Interesting. Aromatic swept the last poll, and now is getting no love. Well, very little.

Number of ingredients got stupid and needed simplification.

    Mercy.

Last poll was: assuming we have to have aromatic, which one do you want?

    This poll thereare no assumptions.

I guess I missed the nuance of previous polls. I assumed we voted munich9 in, and assumed the sugar, caramunich, and special b were all in. The aromatic poll happened so fast it was closed before I saw it. Voting on the national origin of a malt before confirming the malt was a curveball.
