-> Poll #30 <- determined that 60 minute hop addition will be split between Target and Northdown.

This poll will determine the percentages of Target and Northdown in the 60 minute addition.

The potential combinations are unique. Straight plurality wins.

For those looking ahead, the next poll will determine fermentation temperature.

This poll will be open for 48 hours.

as long as we are using both, 50/50 makes the most sense to me

For those who are hoping to buy 1 oz of each hop, my scorecard in Beersmith suggests that half an oz each of target and northdown gets us to 43 ibus. Of course, these are calculated IBUS, which are not super meaningful, and are based on an estimated alpha acid. Still, it suggests that 50% each gets us close to the goal.

50/50 it is. 0.34 ounces of each will get it to a total of 40 IBUs.
