I have had the 61 Minute and the Midas Touch by Dogfish Head but I am wondering if there are any other good Beer/Wine Hybrids I should try. Thanks for the suggestions.

It's not really a hybrid... or a wine barrel aged brew, it's a classic style, and also of the maker who I consider the bridge between wine and beer historically and in taste.

Nothing more needs to be said about Rodenbach Grand Cru

I'm not a big fan of wine in the beer, but stouts and wild ales aged in wine barrels can be pretty amazing, especially a hybrid w bourbon and wine barrel on it. Here's a few prime examples with some wine barrel aging
    The Abyss
    Wine barrel noir
    Love child
    Duck duck
    Framboise de Amorosa
    Supplication
    Consecration
    Temptation
    Can Can
    Wicked Weed stuff
    Almanac stuff
    Jolly pumpkin stuff

Not a hybrid, but Goose Island Sofie has a certain percentage aged in white wine (Chardonnay, I think), barrels.

I recommend Tuscan pool party, the new 100 barrel series beer from Harpoon. I have tried a few in the last few weeks and it is delicious and easy to drink! Nice touch with the Italian grape juice in a solid beer.

In addition to many already stated (especially the four most highly-regarded Russian River -ations, Dogfish 61 and Noble Rot, Love Child, etc.), any grape wild/lambic will do this for you. Seek out Cantillon St. Lamvinus, Cantillon Vigneronne, Funk Factory Fox and the Grapes, Jester King Cerveza de Tempranillo, Jester King Biere de Blanc, Avery Spontanea, Avery Einzigartig, Avery Rufus Corvus, The Bruery Wineification I & II, The Bruery Confession, and other such beers.

Any beer aged in wine barrels (which is becoming increasingly common), will also sort of fit the bill.

I also want to plug the awesome Jester King Boxer's Revenge for being a much better example of what Love Child tries for.

Check out LoverBeer. BeerBrugna is certainly hybrid territory.

Winefication I & II are Hoarders only from The Bruery but can be traded for. Winefication III will be released later this year and is a Reserve beer so it should be easier to get.

Firestone's BarrelWorks has Feral Vinifera which can be traded for and Zinskin which has varying tap availability at BarrelWorks.

If you have Michigan contacts, Odd Sides Beautiful Disaster is a blend of 2 of their really nice IPA's aged in red wine barrels. Pretty awesome stuff.

I dont think beers that use wine barrel aging are necessarily always a representation of a beer/wine hybrid. I think Ale Apothecary fits that bill sometimes because it uses champagne yeast in some of their bears which provides a super dry sparkling wine feel.. Also their beer Be Still is a non carbonated ale aged in rye whiskey and pinot noir barrels and aged on coffee husks and cocoa nibs. The no carbonation gives it a deep wine like feel.

As has been mentioned, a lot of the Sisters by Goose Island, and the sours by breweries like Lost Abbey and Russian River are probably good choices for wine-substitutes. Also, someone here beat me to it, but The Abyss (especially with a year or two on it) gives you some definite wine-tasting to it (it was partially aged in Pinot Noir bottles).

I was going to echo @TheeWalrusHunter's sentiments that I don't think wine barrel aged beers really get at what the OP is requesting. Sticking beers of various styles into wine barrels imparts far different characteristics than brewing a beer that includes wine must or grapes as part of the wort (or blended into the fermented product).

Here is a list of beers that I'm aware of (and of varying levels of quality) that fall into the true "hybrid" vein in addition to some that have been mentioned already--Allagash's Victor and Victoria, Bruery Wineification and FW Feral Vinifera:

Boulevard Entwined (golden ale with Muscat grapes)
Odell Jaunt (pale ale with Riesling grape juice and aged on oak)
Odell Amuste (porter with Tempranillo grape juice aged in wine barrels)
SKA Hibernal Vinifera (stout with Malbec grape juice)
Cascade The Vine (refermented with white wine grape juice)

I'm sure there are others, but those are some pretty good ones to start with. I've had all but the Vine and I'd say that Jaunt is my favorite of the other four.
