Friends, I am spending the week of the 4th of July up in Bend. I'm coming up from California where I have been subjected to our unfortunate growler rules/regulations...I hear things are better in OR. Will bars fill growlers? Are there restrictions on which growlers bars/breweries will fill? Any advice would be greatly appreciated (a good place to buy a blank growler, heads up on good deals or special fills). Thanks, J

Just posted another thread that may help you know where to go. Lots of places to fill growlers in Bend and the surrounding area, but not every bars chooses to do it. They'll fill your CA brewery growlers no problem. Boneyard has special prices on Wednesdays, and with the holiday coming up, others likely will do something too. Might be worth it to sign up for Growler Guys' email blasts to get the heads up.
