Because I have the ability to read OP's post and not the title only.

    Here are the stipulations:
-Must be bourbon or whiskey barrel aged
    -11% or less
    -No adjuncts added
    -Somewhat easy to obtain

    Central Waters Bourbon Barrel Stout.

I actually really enjoyed Breckenridge barrel aged version of their '72 Impala. I was told by the bartender at World of Beer (take that for what its worth) that it undergoes a shorter residency in the barrel and the bourbon character was really mellow and smooth. Cant speak to availability. Cheers.

Edit: I now see that this was a one off, maybe you can trade.

Revolution Deth's Tar is fantastic. It's labeled at at 11.4%, so slightly over your stipulated ABV. I've had no problem finding it after it's been released. Revolution's calendar says November.

my stout I brew has no coffee in it, though "some" may say they taste something like coffee.

What about whisky barrel aged? Don't forget Scotch or Canadian whisky aged beers! Although those are much rarer.

Barrel Aged Double Negative from Grimm Artisanal Ales is superb, although you may have to trade for it.

Honey added to this one doesn't qualify asking for no adjuncts I believe

Boulevards BA Imperial is pretty damn good, but 11.8% is cutting it kinda high. This is still available in a lot places around me.

I would have to go with CWBBS based on OP's criteria. Or maybe even CW16 since it's in your neck of the woods and may be an easier trade for you there since it's more local (per se).

And for the record coffee isn't an adjunct. Even though I am sure OP misused the word too, and meant no flavoring additions, which is what coffee is.

Adjuncts are fermentable, such as honey, sugar, corn, rice, etc.
