All of them. I never had a beer from Weihenstephaner that wasn't world class!

Considering 90% of my drinking is of non-American beers, primarily because despite our proximity to the States, very little American beer is sold here, I have a pretty extensive list. Canadian brewers alone that would make my list: Bellwoods, Great Lakes, Driftwood, Four Winds, Le Castor, Dieu de Ciel. Also, Westmalle, Orval, Rochefort, loons, 3F, etc.

Brazil - Wäls, Colorado, Eisenbahn, Abadessa, Bamberg, Bierland,
    Australia - Coopers
Argentina - Antares, Murrays Cerveja Artesanal, Cerveceria Berlina
    ...

Aventinus is easy to find and remains as a truly under-appreciated beer despite very good ratings. If I had to just have one beer from now on, I would find a way to meld my day around small glasses here and there and live with this Bavarian beauty. It has fine qualities beyond what beer usually allows.

Another vote for Ayinger Celebrator. Just wonderful stuff. I need a new four pack for the fall/winter.

Trappist Rochefort 10 is amazing, I also enjoy a few Samuel Smith's beers as well. When it comes to imports, I confess that my range is limited and I need to explore more of the classic imports.

    Rochefort 10

    Rodenbach Grand Cru
    Schneider-weisse Aventinus

Although so many others could be on this list.
