Just was curious on everyone's thoughts on aging Prairie BOMB! and if there was an optimal length to keep it cellared for.

Grabbed one from a trade a week or two back and was considering sitting on it for a while, but also now that Chicago is getting Prairie stuff on the regular, I was thinking about having it sometime soon, as it might not be as hard for me to get a hold of.

Drink it. Don't let it fade!

Drink it as fresh as possible. Highly adjuncted beers like that are meant to be consumed fresh. With time, the adjuncts fade, meld together, and sometimes do weird things.

It's so good fresh and so smooth why wait? The flavors in bomb don't improve over time they just fade out
