As someone who remembers lining up on Friday nights for Saturday releases, it is amazing to go onto OH's online store and see 40+ offerings available for pickup. What's the biggest driver for this from OH's perspective?

 

Where do you guys draw inspiration from for your brews, and what is your development process like? Seems like you make almost exclusively hoppy stuff, but the few that I've had have been pretty unique (and definitely delicious).

Also, your stuff has recently become available for us in Wisconsin, and it has been a nice treat to be able to grab a few things.

 

What are your favorite types of beer to make?

Shoutout to ZImmBar in CT. Fantastic Beer, very drinkable and very session-able! Any news you're willing to share on any new extreme beers coming up this year for us to enjoy?

 

This beer is loaded with flavor and tastes like it's a bigger ABV. How did you guys accomplish this?

 

That has a little sideways edge to it. Not bad.

 

Anthony, can you speak more about the HDHC technique? Sounds like supercharged version of Sams old hockey set! Also, how do you continue to innovate in the hazy IPA game?

 

How are you playing (and surviving COVID) seems like the downfall of quite a few breweries... do you have PE backing for some of the expansion?

 

Better question was when were you able to view NYC from Liberty’s crown?

Maybe like once in your life on a school trip or something. Not like we go back to them. The most touristy place I go is Katz's.

 

Very nice nose smooth ipa. Very nice and very drinkable.
