Those great tastes that taste great together, now in a smaller form. Citra and Galaxy smashed together for the ultimate combo.

Cloudy OJ color with a fat finger of yellowed foam head. Decent retention and lovely, thick rings of lacing.
Fruity aroma of mango, citrus, pineapple, grass and a hint of dough.
Lightly sweet up in the taste, with pineapple and citrus the most obvious fruit flavors. Again, there’s a little restrained doughiness here as well. A touch of herbal dankness and grassy bitterness lends a little balance in the finish.
On the light side of medium bodied with a light slickness and just a little carbonated zip.
An easy-drinking NEIPA that would have been a home run however many years ago, but today just manages to get on base. Nothing to complain about.

DATE: March 19, 2021... OCCASION: still nursing the Extreme Beer Fest brews--this one, a milder one to kick off the weekend and celebrate Bob's birthday in absentia... GLASSWARE: Victory HopDevil nonick... pours a vibrant murky orange amber body that staunchly opposes one's view through it... the head builds like a snow white urinal cake--think that as a compliment--holding its retention as it claws the glass with coral lacing... immediate orange and lactic acids create a Pavlovian response... softer mango and grapefruit also are present... the balance is not apparent, but the aroma is alluring in its singularity... the at 6.5%, a juicy, thick mouthfeel that lasts and lingers, vibrant and coating... not much acidity, which is appreciated... orange cream pervades the experience, with lactose, grapefruit and dripping resin that extends beyond the sip... as simple as its profile is, it is both refreshing and flavorful... a good number two hitter on the EBF order on day one, and just as enjoyable a month later.... at its ABV, slammable but worth sipping... the first Other Half I have had, this is a great introduction to the brewery..

A really great NEIPA. Juicy tropical fruit, creamy mouthfeel, drying finish. My first taste of what other half has to offer and I was not disapointed.

Hazy yellow body, white head and lacing. Huge mango leads the nose, dank hops, melon, grapefruit, and pineapple all part of the aroma bouquet as well. Taste is juicy but with tons of citrus instead: grapefruit, orange and hints of lime, mango and pineapple linger in the back, but this is beautifully injected with dank and piney hops in an artful and complimentary way. Feel is juicy and smooth with the hop injections cascading across the palate in a satisfying way, but end is missing the crescendo. Still a very nice neipa
