    Haven't been able to make it to an EBF in a few years, but my friends and I would always scout Short's booth pretty hard and everyone would be assigned a different beer so we could try them all in the first pass, then go back for seconds before their line gets crazy. Glad to see them on the menu for this years EBF:CS. Excited to try it out!

    My first stout was Guinness, and I didn't appreciate the dark bitterness at the time so I was reluctant to try any more until much later in life. What makes your stout better than a traditional stout beer?

    No lie, this is the beer that I am most looking forward to sampling at this fest!

    The hubby put this puppy in the fridge and I was *not* happy. What's the optimum temperature range for imbibing? I want to be well prepared for maximum enjoyment tonight.

    I visited Shorts on 9/16/2017. I had 3 flights of beers and loved them all. Amazing place to visit!

    This beer is relatively dry in the best way for a lighter BA stout, how did you get this sugar level with something so deep and brown-liquor-?

    Is every popular or talked about stout being a barrel-aged or bourbon-barrel a trend that's going to continue, or is that just here to stay? Are fresh, toasty, imperial stouts still relevant?

    I fully don’t believe that there is a “traditional stout beer” in mainstream beer outside of Ireland.
