Given the remote location of the brewery and the competitiveness in MI (so many great breweries!), what's been the number one reason for national recognition?

Why no ABV or bottling date on Short's bottles?

That smoked beer sounds like a peaty scotch. Have you ever used peat in beer making?

Love this beer. Is there a story behind the bottle cap?

The chemist in me shudders to think of adding bacon fat to a brewer's vat of yeast.

Is there anyway to actually produce a beer with real bacon? Will anyone ever do it?

My partner, Douglas, perked up when raspberries, blueberries and lemonade were mentioned.

I loved your Ants on a Lager (peanut butter, raisins, and celery) at the Upper Peninsula Fall Beer Festival on 9/9/2017. How did that idea come about?

Years ago at an event Sam told the story about the comment cards in Rehoboth early on and an early version of Immort Ale that resulted in the comment "It tastes like trees but it got me fucked up."

Joe, did you hear this story before making Spruce Pilsner, because it tastes like trees in the best way and at that ABV...
