Brett in a bucket

    sorry. again, no thought. trying to think of what strain of brett was thought to also contain lacto. it was a controversy a few months ago. brett claus from Wyeast?

    I say Brett in a bucket would be ok. Many people, it would appear, are very excited over barrel-aged this and barrel-aged that. Including, but not limited to, Brett beers. Wood barrels are without a doubt more porous than food grade plastic.
