Ok gents and ladies I feel shame . . . . you do that, you go to the box, you know. Two minutes, by yourself, you know and you feel shame, you know. And then you get free.

Just kidding; in reality I am ill prepared for NHC and won’t have much homebrew to speak of. Perhaps I’ll bring a barley wine that turned out ok, but not great as I’d like it to be to share. Thinking about supplement a little with Local Wisconsin brews, which are unavailable in Michigan; considerations are: New Glarus, Central Waters, Tyranena and maybe some Ale Asylum. What’s every ones thoughts? This is my first NHC. I feel like it’s the courteous thing to do as I envision lots of nice sharing.

It would not bother me to try brews not available in Michigan. I like good beer and I do not care who brews it!

I'm going to peel the labels off some Hill Farmstead bottles and just claim I brewed 'em.

Sadly, I don't have a lot to bring with me either. There will be no shortage of beer though, that's for sure.

Thanks guys. Maybe I'll just hit up the celler with some of my limited collection, King Henry, CW Fourteen Fourteen & Space Ghost, Melange No. 3 (think '11, maybe older).

I have been told commercial beer may be an issue at the DeVos center banquet as they hold a liquor license.

Edit - this would go for club night too.

good to know I suppose, silly that I didn't know it until I got here. Just sayin'
will probably keep it low-key, bottle shared among my table, if I do it at all.
