Bruery 2015 RS/HS Allocations

Thing with HS is that you just have to split it, so you only end up with more beer in terms of the HS only stuff.

 

Right and they even let you do it in two payments, so you can even pay separately.

I am looking for a teammate! Have you been in the tourney in the past. I have been tinkering with infusions this past week. I am not sure what ingredients are off limits. Do you or anyone else know if spirits or sugar/maple syrup to be added to cooked down fruit are allowed in the infusions.

 

Me too, just got an email today! Someone must have dropped out and I was lucky enough to get a spot. First time at an event like this - any tips on what to bring, etc?

I'd be down to team up with someone as well. Have a bottle of BT '14 that I'd be willing to open up so we could play around with before the tourney if anyone would want to do that.

They have to already have made an Ice Cream Sunday, right? Something like vanilla beans, cocoa nibs, maraschino cherries, and almonds?

On the 4th I made a float using cookies and cream ice cream and Black Tuesday ('14). It was fantastic!

 

Somebody needs to make a Shirley Tuesday.

Pomegranate, cherry and just a hint of lemon & lime.

 

They should call it Shirley It's Tuesday, and they can release SHIT, too. Then you blend them together and get SIT In Your SHIT.

 

Does that mean I'm doing HS wrong if I'm not splitting?

Hi Bruery Friends!

After a wild holiday weekend, we're back in the regular swing of things here at The Bruery. Over the next couple days we'll continue our streak of sour releases, which will be a welcome addition to our growing summer lineup. We hope to see you soon!

1. Archive Sours! This weekend, we'll see two archive sour beers hit the Tasting Room.

• On Friday, we'll be breaking out bottles of 2014 Sans Pagaie. Sans Pagaie is our take on the Belgian-style kriek, which is a sour blonde ale aged in barrels with cherries. The base beer has a subtle funk, which melds gently with the fruit giving this beer flavors reminiscent of coconut, vanilla yogurt and of, course, fresh cherries.
• On Saturday, Oude Tart with Cherries will join our lineup. That blend of our award-winning Flemish-style red ale with cherries has been a fan favorite since its release.

2. Reserve Society Exclusives. We have some exciting new brews for the Reserve Society and Hoarders Society this week (make sure you bring your cards!)

• Tonight, Thursday, July 9, we have Chronology:12 on tap.
• On Friday, July 10, we have the draft release of 2015 Sans Pagaie.

3. Food Trucks. We have food trucks lined up for each day this weekend.

• Thursday, July 9: get some BrewWings for a classic beer pairing.
• Friday, July 10: the Garbage Truck will be around all day.
• Saturday, July 11: the Buffalo Truck will be here from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with their amazing pub grub.
• Sunday, July 12: we round out the weekend with the QL Chinese Gourmet truck.
