Found this little place just outside of Northampton, MA while visiting the area. Glad I did, very good IPA. Not so much a NE IPA(for whatever that is these days). Reminded me a little bit of old school IPA. Nice bitterness that lingers a little, while the hops and malts bounce around the tongue with nice harmony. This place, if they can continue to grow, will be another hit in the region and hopefully expand with additional brews. Thanks Mike and Dave! Smitty
First of all, go Orange. Second, you're right on the money with Bldg 8. I like that they do one thing well in limited production, somewhat like Heady Topper. Bldg 8 always dates their four packs too so you can seek out that extra fresh hop flavor.
Building 8 is dope! Bought a case from them not too long ago. Good price! And let me tell you, its amazing when its fresh! Cheers!
