Anyone like these bad boys? I've had no experience with them, but I dont bottle much and I don't feel like dealing with messing up the priming sugar. I'm specifically looking to bottle a few sours that have been sitting for a long while and will have close to zero residual sugar left. Anyone used them on sours?
    Thanks in advance.

They work great if you're only bottling a gallon or so. If doing a full batch, go with the traditional priming sugar approach.

It's not any more work to use a scant 1/4tsp per bottle. Add right after filling and before capping.

I ended up using table sugar not a hell of a lot of work, wasn't so bad
