Does the brewery sell sixtels? I thought i read somewhere that they do but can't find any info. If not is there anywhere to get them in the central jersey area? Really hoping to grab one for the summer. Thanks!
They used to sell them more frequently, and still kinda do, but it's a lot more rare now that they have blown up a bit and their capacity is stretched and demand is so high. Best bet is to just reach out to @augiecarton and ask. You should also look into Kane, because they definitely sell kegs (i think overhead and port omna right now?), and have an updated list of their kegs for sale on their facebook page.
Yeah i saw Kane does the retail kegs on their list when they open, was really hoping to get some boat on tap, but if not i'll grab a bunch of cans when i head down.
Looks like you're in PA so this info probably doesn't help you, but Gary's of Wayne on Route 23 (North Jersey) lists it having sixtels of Carton Boat for $76.99 on Beermenus. I just don't know how prevalent they are. @Fahmie25 raises a great point that Carton is stretched at this point.
I think Augie has posted from time to time that they are taking no new bars or stores on as accounts anywhere in NJ...pretty sure a buddy of mine has had Boat and O'Dubs sixtels within the last 12 months, he's 20 min from Carton in Atlantic Highlands, they're open today from 5-7:30 pm, give them a call to see.
